hola

In 2019, I did my first surf trip to the Canary Islands. Over the years, I fell in love with the feeling of dancing on water and the connection with nature and the sea. But what fascinates me most about surfing is the unexpected that comes with every session, even every wave - the sense of unpredictability. Never knowing what will happen when you paddle out into the ocean takes away your feeling of control. This unpredictability is what keeps me coming back to it as it serves as a reminder that life is about embracing the unknown, being able to adapt, and letting go of your expectations.

As a psychologist, I truly believe in the positive impact that sports can have on one’s physical and mental well-being. But it wasn’t until I experienced this myself that I realized how much of an impact it can have. Consequently, for me, surfing has become more than a hobby but a passion, as it has taught me to be present and embrace the beauty of this unpredictability.

More than that, surfing not only taught me about consciousness, community, and connections. It is not just about oneself, but the people around you. Therefore, my vision expanded beyond riding waves, as sports have the power to create community and inclusive spaces, fostering a feeling of belongingness and bringing people together.

As a psychologist, yoga teacher, and surf instructor, I found my passion in creating spaces where people can connect and grow—both individually and as a community. This first getaway marks the beginning of this shared journey. Together, I’m excited to share the program I’ve carefully designed and can’t wait to discover this path with you. I am looking forward to having you be part of it!
